Turning hard-earnedlessons intoopportunity.
For 15 years, I’ve studied what separates organizations that win from those that don’t. Now I’m turning those lessons into technology—and sharing the real stories of my journey.

THE THROUGHLINE
My work has always centered on creating access to opportunity.
I’m Abraham Xiong, a technologist and government contracting expert. I architect AI systems and use AI coding tools to build them. Govafy and Fusion Coding are two projects that show how I work, what I’m learning, and the problems I’m interested in solving.
I’ve spent 15 years figuring out why some small businesses win government contracts, and why most do not. The real lessons came from the wins, the losses, and the distance between a good idea and a system people can actually use.
Today, I’m applying those lessons to platform architecture, data systems, and AI-assisted software development. This site is where I share the decisions, experiments, and human story behind the work.

Using AI to unlock human potential.
Two connected projects show how I turn domain experience into software, from the architecture to the development process.
Platform architecture
Govafy
An experimental AI platform I architected to connect government contracting data and institutional knowledge with opportunity discovery, document processing, and proposal workflows.
Project Details ↗AI-assisted development
Fusion Coding
An AI coding project I created while building Govafy, exploring how competing agents, structured evaluation, and human oversight can improve software quality and pull request reviews.
Project Details ↗Connecting government experience with technical execution.
Building these projects strengthens my ability to translate customer workflows into technical requirements and working demonstrations. Understanding the problem, explaining the implementation, and evaluating the result are skills I bring to government sales and customer-facing AI work.
I’m interested in opportunities, including forward-deployed engineering, where domain knowledge and hands-on implementation work together.

The Personal Site I Waited 15 Years to Build
What finally changed after 15 years of owning the domain—and what building it taught me about starting before the vision is perfect.
